Or possibly you might be an educated tapper but you might be all the time seeking ways to get better outcomes. Either means I would like to share with you what I imagine are the greatest reward to applying FasterEFT Tapping to your life on a regular foundation.

Why Should I Tap?
——————

In my experience as a practitioner I have found that the most sturdy benefit of tapping is

**Breaking Your Old (non-desirable) Habits**

Now, this goes far beyond curing your procrastination or smoking habit. To understand the full implication and equipment that this implies, we should always first define what a habit is.

——————
What is a Habit?
——————

Usually when we think of a habit we think of some menial task like brushing our teeth every morning or taking a nap daily concurrently. Sometimes we refer to addictions to drugs as being a habit. But how do we buy these habits and why?

When we create a habit or display habitual behavior it generally means that we have practiced a convinced means of thinking, which leads to a explicit behavior, until it turns into practically subconscious.

This means that in order for you to buy a habit you should first practice and rehears it until you can do it without consciously being aware almost it.

At one time you probably had to really think almost driving a car. Now Im guessing that youve had the experience of driving several miles and not even recalled the tripit has become subconscious behavior.

Habits are extremely priceless in our lives. In reality we are habitual creatures. Our habits allows us to take shortcuts so that we are able to survive and adapt to our surroundings.

The key here to understand is that all habits are learned. You had to practice and rehears them earlier than they became subconscious behaviors.

Good Habits vs. Bad Habits
—————————

What defines a habit as good or terrible? Well, I imagine that all habits have an original good intention behind them. As an example, if you ever picked up a smoking habit you probably did so because you wanted to fit in with a convinced crowd or most certainly you felt more sophisticated and grown up. These are all perceived reward to a convinced behavior that seem to allow us to function better in our environment. It is only later as we trade and grow that previous habits start off to get in the means of our new desired behavior.

How to Uncover You Bad (non-desirable) Habits
———————————————-

Are you convinced with everything in your life? Chances are there are a few stuff you wish to trade or do differently but you locate it rough, frustrating, or even painful to make the diversities you want. The reason you might be finding it rough is that your aware actions are going up against your habitual, subconscious thinking and behavior and in that fight the habit is practically all the time victorious.

So when ever you locate it rough to make differences you have uncovered an previous, and now non-desirable, habit.

As an example, lets say that you might be looking to jump saving more money. You take aware action and open a savings account and you even make your first deposit. Then loads of weeks go by and you comprehend that you havent mad any other deposits but instead of developing a deposit you put it off for later. Then you see an ad for a sale on that gown you want or those shoes or that fancy new gadget. You make a determination that you really want it but in order to get it you'll have to take advantage of half or all of your savings. Oh wellyou can all the time jump saving tomorrow.

Get the postulate? Your behavior is being driven by subconscious, habitual thinking.

How Tapping can Break Your Old, Non-Desirable Habits
——————————————————

Traditional EFTers imagine that tapping helps clear your flow of energy and that all complications result from a block in your energy method.

As a FasterEFT practitioner I have a different belief method. I imagine that the tapping actually disconnects the communication amongst your memories and your nervous method.

You see, the intellect and body function together as a method. Your habitual memories lead to your actions.

The most competitive means that I have found to start off using tapping to trade your habits is to search for that uncomfortable feeling. When you might be leaving your comfort zone and you start off to feel uneasy, that is your bodys signal to you that you might be attempting to go against a in the past installed habit. By recognizing that feeling and tapping on it while affirming I release and let it go you might be sending a signal to the intellect/body that this latest connection amongst the thought and the feeling don't seem to be any longer desirable. You are literally re-wiring your brain.

This is the reason we predominately use only five points while tapping with the FasterEFT type. The points we use are the ones that correspond with the organs in the body that produce the chemicals that create feelings.

As you continue to tap on the feeling, eventually the thought that caused the feeling will become more clear. With the emotion gone you'll experience an ah-ha! second. You will have the ability to think the thought without having the emotional charge which means your actions will no longer be guided (the habit is broken). Once this happens you can start off to tap in a new thought, thus planting the seed for a new, more desirable habit.

What Habits Would You Like to Change?
————————————–

All habitual behavior first starts as a thought. In order to trade the behaviour we should first cope with the feeling with tapping to uncover the thought. So now that we understand this idea, what habits would you like to trade?

Relationships. Do you locate yourself alone or all the time ending up with the same personality type over and over?

Money/Finance. You say you might be looking to have more money, but what are you actually doing almost it?

Health/Fitness. Making wholesome choices is an amazing habit to build but you should first cope with the previous habits!

Job/Business/Career. Want to get ahead in your latest job? How almost jump a complete new career? Maybe its time to jump your own enterprise?

In all of the above example you need to start off by taking a glance at where you might be currently relating to the one you wish to trade. Your latest outcomes are the manifestation of your latest habitual memories.

Begin clearing out any and all negative memories around what you currently have. Then wonder what is it that I actually want? and write that down.

Ask yourself what your life shall be like once you have achieved your desire. Pay very close attention to any negative feelings. These feelings are other habitual memories rising to the surface. Tap on those at once after which go back to visualizing your self with your new desire. Repeat until you can see yourself with your new desire while feeling good almost it.

To Summarize
————

Your memories create feelings in your body. Those feelings drive your behavior. Your behavior determines the outcomes that you get from life.

Habits are memories which are rehearsed and practiced until they become beliefs. The habitual memories are all the time created for some perceived benefit.

In order to trade a habit, we should cope with the feeling that is being produced. With the emotional charge gone, we are free to take different action and trade our behavior.

FasterEFT Tapping is the most effective means I have found to do that.
